Our products have a 90 day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any defects due to factory workmanship. This warranty does not cover second hand purchases from private owners and does not cover our marketplace items. No merchandise can be returned without first obtaining a return authorization from Live Steam Station. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned products. All returned merchandise must be shipped insured and freight prepaid. Some items may not be returned such as custom built items and open box sales.

In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days by UPS ground or USPS depending on the item's size and weight. Pre-order and back-order items that not in stock will ship as soon as they are available from our warehouse.

All live steamers should have the following basic items: - Steam oil - Distilled water - Fuel (butane, alcohol, or coal) - Syringe for removing oil A good beginner's guide to live steam can also be found here.
